jilidream is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in line with the age requirements applicable to online gaming platforms operating within the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate and complete. Only one account is permitted per person; opening multiple accounts for the same individual is not allowed and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. All financial transactions on jilidream are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Members may deposit funds using the supported local payment channels — including GCash and Maya — and must ensure that all payment accounts used belong to the registered member. Third-party deposits, meaning funds sent from a payment account registered under a different name, are not accepted and will be reversed where possible. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements remaining on promotional balances. jilidream does not impose a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual e-wallet providers or banks may apply their own transaction charges outside of jilidream's control. All bets placed on jilidream are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for reviewing their bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before submitting a wager — once a bet is accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds or market availability, jilidream reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's account balance. Outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser, and settlement will follow these official results even if live scoreboards or third-party sources reflect different data during the event. Bets placed on suspended or closed markets will be voided automatically. jilidream's decision on bet settlement is final, and any disputes must be submitted through the designated support channel within seven days of the event's conclusion.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or operational requirements.
